Monthly Business Lunch... with Guest Speaker Ron Rex  Ron Rex, Chairman of the Board, EcoTech Energy Ventures Inc, with 30 years experience Ron currently is engaged in several business pursuits. He founded The Succession Group in 2004 to work with businesses in high growth industries and in pursuit of rapid distribution capacity. Ron also is a fulltime professor of management and marketing at Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado. Additional business interests include majority ownership in Integra Confidential a company established to provide pre-employment background information to employers about the prospects employees they are considering. Ron and his family have lived in Colorado since 1994. Having spent 25 years with a Fortune 500 company, Allstate Insurance, 10 years as an elected officer of the company, his responsibilities meant providing services to over 1M customers across 10 states. During his tenure with Allstate he also worked with many of the major consulting houses in American business focusing on establishing high performance results in difficult market places.
A current Doctoral candidate in Business Administration, Ron also holds a M.A. in Correctional Administration and Criminal Psychology, and a B.A. in Psychology. He continues to serve his community through multiple philanthropic board positions, speaking engagements, and mentoring business leader. |
