We have more confirmed cases of head lice throughout the school. Please ask your child to bring home all coats, sweaters, etc. to be washed this week and check your child's head for signs of infestation! Please report any cases of head lice to the school office. February 9th is CCS conference day!   All students and parents in grades 5-12 are required to attend a meeting with the student's advisor sometime between 7:30 and 3:30 that day .  Please call Julie Balliet at 843-559-5506 x250 to make an appointment with your child's advisor.  If you are interested in meeting with a specific teacher, Mrs. Balliet can set up that appointment for you as well.  Lower School will have a regular school day.  We look forward to seeing you on February 9th!

Please join us Tuesday, February 15^th for Senior Night, Dinner with the Devils,and to show "Team Spirit" as the CCS Sun Devils take on our biggest rivalry First Baptist during our last home game of the season.  Our very own Clint Mallard (Varsity Player Trevor Mallard's Dad) will be cooking up BBQ. BBQ will be offered at $7.00 plate or $5.50 a basket.

Grandparent's Day is this Friday, February 11, from 12:00pm-2:00pm.  Lower School students are encouraged to bring their grandparents and special friends for an afternoon of learning, photos, and fun.  Please meet in the GYM for check-in and a brief welcome.

Our Spring OPEN HOUSE session is scheduled for Tuesday, March 1 from 9:00am to 11:00am. This event is designed to show a prospective family the CCS difference in teaching and learning and what it means to be a 21^st century school.  Guests will attend a class, tour the campus, and have ample time for questions.

Congratulations to all the winners including the Mancusi-Ungaro family and Olivia French for winning the $1000 tuition credit.  More than 75 people participated in the Bingo event!!  Thank you to all who helped!!!  

CCS Book Fair February 7 - 11, 2011

You are invited to our Scholastic Book Fair, a reading event packed with excitement for students and families. 

Our theme - Book Fair Carnival - will make reading as entertaining as a carnival midway.  The entire school community will delight in an exciting atmosphere of great books, thrilling stories and fun.  All the proceeds go to the CCS Library.  It is our only fundraiser for the Library all year.  Look forward to seeing you all in the Library!!

AUDITIONS HAVE BEEN MOVED TO THURSDAY FEBRUARY 9TH AT 3:00OPM IN LS14!!

Auditions for the Spring Play will be open to all Middle and Upper school students on Monday Feb. 7 and Thursday Feb 9, from 3:00 to 4:00 in Mr. Neale's room, LS14.  The performance dates are May 6 and 7.
