FALL CARNIVAL
Our annual Fall Carnival is on Friday, October 29th from 11:30-3:00.  This is a fun day with hay rides, pony rides, jump castles, lots of game booths, dunking booth, great food and much more! This event is for the Lower and Middle school children (although we even see some of the high school students enjoying themselves.) Please feel free to invite your family and friends who might enjoy the day with you and your child.  We need lots of volunteers to help with this event.  We schedule shifts in 30 minute increments so you can have play time with your child(ren) and also socialize with other parents.  This is a great day to get to know some of our newer families and mingle.  If you are interested in helping with this event or have any questions, please contact Tiffany Frank at tfrank@charlestoncollegiate.org.  We will have fliers coming home with your children on Wednesday, October 13th and 20th with all of the details.  Hope to see you there!

GINGERBREAD HOUSE
Gingerbread House Requests

During the week of December sixth, the little green trailer on campus, turns into a holiday boutique for the lower school students. They will come with their class to do their secret shopping for family and friends. We are asking parents that if during their fall cleaning, they consider donating new or nearly new items to this endeavor. Currently, we are in need of gifts for dads, grandpas and older brothers, but any resalable merchandise will be appreciated. Nothing will be priced over $5, and also, consider that items need to take up just a little bit of table space, so no over-sized items please. You may drop donations in the front lobby, and label them "Gingerbread House."
There are also opportunities for parents to get involved during that week, by volunteering their time to a myriad of elfly duties. If you're interested in joining in, please contact Lois Daughtridge at 708-8972, or email: loisdaughtridge@me.com.

TEAM SHOP
The Charleston Collegiate Team Shop is now open. Please look in the "Latest News" section of the school's website and click on the "Check out the CCS Team Shop" link. Please support our athletic department by selecting, decorating, and purchasing  any of the listed items. The Team Shop will close on September 30 to allow for processing all orders placed by the deadline. Once all orders are processed, the Team Shop will reopen.

Please contact the Athletic Director, Jay Godbolt at 559-5506 x 225 if you have questions.
Have a great week,
