Greetings!
Hope everyone is still having a wonderful summer! There are less than 4 weeks left before the 2010-11 school year begins. As students continue to work on summer reading, you can always find the summer reading lists on our website by clicking here.
Catch up on all your favorite memories from the previous school year by visiting the CCS Flickr account, where pictures from school events throughout the year have been posted. Those who previously signed up for access to the Flickr account should be able to view them using your password. If you have not yet joined the Flickr account, stay tuned for an invitation and instructions via e-mail in the next day or two.
If you know of any fellow parents who are not receiving announcements, please forward this to them and encourage them to contact the front office to insure we have their correct e-mail address. Visit our website for the latest news and updates at www.charlestoncollegiate.org. |
FROM THE BUSINESS OFFICE

Monthly Tuition Payers: You should have already received your first invoice from Smart Tuition, which was due on July 5th. If you did not receive it, that means you have not yet completed the enrollment process for the upcoming year! Please contact the Business Office as soon as possible.
Tuition Insurance: All parents who have not paid in full for the upcoming year are required to purchase Tuition Insurance. The premium is 3.2% of the total tuition. Be on the lookout for this invoice in the mail, and please return the premium to CCS no later than August 15th.
Past due tuition: All balances from last year must be paid in full before a student may return for the new school year! If you are unsure if this applies to you, please contact the Business Office.

Volleyball Meeting - July 28, 6:30pm As you know, we recently hired Jennifer Eaddy as our Volleyball Coach. She comes to us with a great deal of knowledge having played and coached at the collegiate level. Coach Eaddy would like to meet with potential players and parents as soon as possible. We would like to meet on Wednesday, July 28th at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria to introduce Coach Eaddy and allow her to provide sport-specific information.
We have also obtained the use of James Island Christian's gymnasium for practice. We will continue to work on a home game location but playing all games at the visitor's gym remains a possibility. Please contact Jay Godbolt at 559-5506 x225 or jgodbolt@charlestoncollegiate.org for more information.
