2009-10 Annual Fund
Dear CCS Parents,
We're on the road again ...
the road to a successful Annual Fund Drive! And like last year, we are once
again committed to reaching our goal of 100 percent parent participation. For
those of you who are new to our school, the Annual Fund is used to supplement
operating expenses that tuition doesn't cover. The Annual Fund enables us to
bridge the gap between what tuition covers and the true cost of educating our
children, and last
year each and every parent contributed.
One hundred percent of our
faculty and staff have already given, and now it's our turn, as parents, to once
again prove that Charleston Collegiate has what it takes to do what no other
private school in Charleston has ... reach 100 percent parent
participation!
Over the next several
weeks we will show you exactly what the Annual Fund does for our school, our
community and most importantly, our children. We need your participation to make
our school the best it can be for our children.
We ask that you carefully
consider your best, one-time gift to the Annual Fund right now. You can mail it
to school with a pledge card you'll receive in the mail or use the online giving form on the school's website. Soon you will even be able to set
up a monthly draw that will automatically deduct the funds from your
bank account!
But what is equally important -- if
not more important -- than your financial contribution is your participation in
the Annual Fund, no matter what the dollar amount. Whether it's five dollars or
five thousand, we need 100 percent of our families to contribute to the Annual
Fund. We did it last year, we can do it again!
Thanks for your support,
Lisa Steward 2009-10 Annual Fund Chair
