Halloween Party - October 30
Halloween ghost clip artWe are having a Halloween party on Sunday October 30th.  It will start with dinner at 4 p.m. - a Halloween appropriate main dish and beverages will be provided.  St. Paul's members are asked to bring side dishes - so that we can host our neighbors (and friends).  At 5 p.m. we will have games for children of all ages and a costume contest.  At 6 p.m. the party will end with trunk or treat - where trunks of cars are decorated and the children go from trunk to trunk collecting treats - please plan on participating by decorating your trunk and bringing some treats to pass out.

We will have flyers at church for you to use to invite your friends and neighbors to come.

If anyone has some of the portable lights for worksites that they would be willing to bring to illuminate trick or treat please let the office know.

All Saints - November 6

All Saints' Day will be celebrated on November 6.  A part of the All Saints' service is remembering those who have died and are now a part of the community of Saints in heaven.  If you have someone you would like to have remembered during the service please send the name to Liz in the office - paulspals@gmail.com or 632-8221 - by November 3.

Upcoming Fall Forums - November 2 & 9
We will be hosting two informational forums in early November.  On Wednesday, November 2, the topic will be eldercare, and on Wednesday, November 9, the topic will be bullying.  Both forums begin at 7 p.m., and are expected to run about 2 hours.  Bring your questions!

We will have a Fall Work Day on Saturday November 5 from 9 to 2  with lunch provided.  There are lots of little projects that need to be done around the church - both inside and outside.  Come and help and have some fun.  Many hands make light work and there are projects for all ages and all levels of skill and physical ability.

Day of Change - November 6
Money clip art

One of the customs at St. Paul's is that on the day that we change the clocks, St. Paul's collects your spare change and gives it to a program or organization that is making a change in lives.

This fall the Day of Change collection will be going to the scholarship funds of the youth programs of the Diocese.  So, on November 6 please bring your change to church and put it in the basket - and remember a $10 bill is change for a $20.

Acolyte Commissioning - November 6

On November 6 at the 10 o'clock service we will be commissioning our new acolytes and celebrating the ministry of our acolytes.  All acolytes should plan on attending if possible.

St. Martha's Guild Fundraiser

St. Paul's on Facebook
Facebook clip artAfter some discussion, the parish office has decided that a Facebook "page"  better suits our purposes than our former group, so we have created one.  Just go HERE, and click "like", and you're all set!  Anything we post will begin showing up in your news feed.
