Holy Week at St. Paul's

Maundy Thursday - Thursday April 1
7:00 p.m. - Holy Eucharist & Stripping of the Altar
8:00 p.m. - Youth Lock-in - grades 7 - 12 until 8 a.m. Friday

Good Friday - Friday April 2
8:00 a.m. - Youth Lock-in ends
7:00 p.m. - Proper Liturgy for Good Friday

Holy Saturday - Saturday April 3
8:30 p.m. - Joint Easter Vigil with Calvary, Williamsville at Calvary
Meet at St. Paul's at 8 p.m. to carpool

Easter Sunday - Sunday April 4
8:00 a.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite I & Music
9:00 a.m. - Choir Brunch
10:00 a.m. - Holy Eucharist, Rite II & Music

There will be no Sunday School on Easter - please have your children come to church with you.

Youth Lock-In - TONIGHT!!

There will be a Youth Lock-In on Thursday, April 1 here at St. Paul's. It will begin right after the Maundy Thursday service at 7:00 p.m., and last until approximately 8:00 a.m. in the morning. If you would like to attend, see Pastor Vicki or Andrea for a permission slip.

Easter Egg Hunt - THIS SATURDAY!!

The Easter Egg Hunt will be April 3 at 3 p.m. All are welcome - we will have a small children's area (4 and under) and a big kids area (5 and up ). Rain location is the Parish Hall. Come one, come all, and bring your friends!

Camp: Applications for the Diocesan youth camps are now available!!! There are 3 different sessions available, depending on grade level. Pastor Vicki will be on the staff of Junior High camp this year, and Liz (our secretary) will be on the staff on Senior High camp. Color choices will be posted on the bulletin board at church and listed on the order forms available April 11. A sign-up table will be available at church and orders will be taken from April 11 - May 9. (Payment on ordering is preferred.) Pick-up is Thursday, May 13, 1-7 p.m.

Bishop's Gala

The 2010 Bishop's Gala is on April 16 at 6 p.m. at Salvatore's. Proceeds of the Gala support Episcopal Community Services. This will be Michael and Carol's last Gala before their retirement.

Tickets to the gala are $65 and can be ordered from Richard Witt at 822-9769. Donna Leney has agreed to organize a table for St. Paul's folk to sit together - please speak with her to coordinate this.

ECW Chinese Auction/Theme Basket event

Our annual Chinese Auction & Theme Basket event will take place on Saturday, April 24, from 12 noon to 3:00 pm. We are seeking donations of theme baskets for the auction, as well as items that can be used in baskets that we will make up ourselves ("filler" items). Gift certificates are also welcomed. Please return all baskets to the church by Sunday, April 18. As always, we hope you will attend the auction, as it is our major fundraiser for the year.

Theology 101

An introduction to theology - literally the study of God - how we approach talking about God and how God interacts with all of us - this is a 5 week series beginning on Thursday April 22. The class will run from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and if you can't join us in person we will video tape the class and post it to the church's Facebook page and allow further discussion there.
