Hello Members and Friends,
We at the Chamber hope this newsletter finds you well and successful! There is no doubt that the current economic enviornoment makes it hard for businesses to thrive. Businesses in the area of of St. Vincent's hospital now face an additional challenge. The Chamber is hosting a small business assistance forum on June 29th for businesses affected by the closing of the hospital and we hope you will attend. Please RSVP for this event and spread the word.
This week's featured member section highlights a St. Vincent's area business and Chamber member. Remember that patronizing your local businesses and fellow Chamber members keeps your area economy running. So shop local! Working with your area Community Board is an important part of operating your business. To that end, we have scheduled a mixer with the Board Members of Community Board 2 for June 30th and we hope you will take advantage of this event. See below for full details and click here to RSVP.
Our calendar is constantly growing, so if you have an idea for an event or a speaker based on a pressing local issue, send us an email. We are always interested in your thoughts and ideas, and making the Chamber the best resource for you and your business.
Best,
