Dear Loyal Listener,

The New Year brings many things, hopeful expectations, resolutions, renewed commitments and new beginnings.  

We begin this New Year just like you, being thankful for the past year and energized towards what will come.   

That energy comes from a renewed commitment to provide you with the most unique radio programming in your area.   

We live in your community.  We shop at  your stores.  We eat in  your restaurants.  We worship in your churches.  This radio station is not owned by some conglomerate or corporation that decides what you want.  This is your radio station.  It is guided by people like you, who live right here in your neighborhoods.  Tell us how we're doing! 

Our objective in 2012 is to listen to you.  To continue to bring you the programs that you count on week in and week out.  Programs like the longest running radio program for 30+ years in Central Maryland, "In Memory Of"  Sunday mornings at 9am with your host Donna Betteridge, or Dave Ramsey, the most listened to financial advisor in America, weekdays at 2pm and we have added new programs that you told us you needed.   

We expanded our local news in 2011.  In addition, we now bring you a MARC train, commuter bus and Metrorail report mornings and afternoons along with our excellent weather and traffic reports to keep you going. 

This is just a small sample of the excellent listening choices that we provide you when you tune in to 1450am in 2012.
