Well, 2/3rds of the summer is over now and we begin the annual process of winding down our vacations and beginning to think about the final days of summer.  This has been a great summer for our station.  There have been many exciting summer highlights: nomination for "Entrepreneur of the Year" in Frederick County, the Thurmont carnival and parade, the Waterboyz 100+ man concert at the Weinberg and much, much more.

We are really excited about our new plans for the fall too!  In September, the Maryland State 1A Champion Catoctin Cougars football team will return to the airwaves and if you are like me and you can't get enough football, starting Sept.12 we will broadcast the NFL "Game of the Week" every Sunday at 12:30 pm. with training camp just underway.

But hey!  Let's not rush summer just yet.....we still have a whole month left to sit around and chill!
