Gardening Tip
It is warming up and the earth is ready to be worked. So is your body.
 
To avoid injury, consider warming up your body with a brisk five minute walk, followed with gentle stretching - especially to quads and hamstrings.
 
Take breaks to rest your hands and back so you can continue enjoying this time of year!
