Message to Promoters
On behalf of the ACA Board, I'd like to thank you all for making great racing available for our members.
There is one area that we all need to improve how we work together: please make sure that your day-of registration is accurate and gets to our officials in a timely manner. As we rely more in technology to generate start lists and therefore results, the accuracy of registration become MORE important. The relationship between online registration companies, ACA officials, promoters during day-of registration, and timing companies is critical to creating accurate, timely results. Please communicate with these providers to ensure we have a seamless transfer of information.
Again, thank you very much for your part in our success!

Message to Racers
Please know that it is the racers' responsibility to confirm accurate results BEFORE leaving a race venue. Officials post results and there is then a 15 minute protest period. After this, the results are declared official.
No matter what technology is involved in race scoring, it is imperative that racers confirm their results during the protest period.
