Race Registration Tips
Many of the issues that officials face with race results are in some way tied to registration. It helps everyone out if you follow some of these simple tips when registering for races:
- ALWAYS have your license, it really helps registration staff insure your information is correct
-Pre-print an ACA standard release. This not only speeds up registration for you but it is always more legible than handwriting.
- Check and make sure the person recording your information has your ACA license number clearly written and correct. All online results are based on this number.
-Arrive early and BE PATIENT. Registration is almost always staffed by volunteers. Be kind, courteous and help them if they are having trouble with your paperwork or license. |
A few closing notes:
-You should start to see some changes in the display of results, BAR/BAT and upgrade points in the next few weeks as we begin a slow transition to our new database and website. |
