Greetings!
 
  Well, the fall and winter months will be upon us soon, and the tradition of knitting to keep cozy and warm will renew itself again as one of our favorite sports. Wools, mohair, and other glorious fibers may keep us close to hearth & home, or knitting in the company of others that share our love for all things fiber. This shawl is easy & Fun to make. It is knitted using #8 needles on a 12 row pattern, with every other row simply purled! The pattern creates the motif of rosebuds surrounded by scalloped edges, and is knitted in one solid piece. Included are instructions for easy to follow "flip cards" & simple blocking directions". A great beginning lace project for anyone! Shown in Manos "Silk Blend" DK. Finished measurements 68"x 21".
