Viewing each day with positive expectations is one of the key principles for sustaining Godly happiness. If you want a positive life, begin thinking positive thoughts and doing positive things.
Say something nice to someone, compliment their attire or appearance, thank someone for thinking of you, or do something to make someone smile. Like a boomerang, the smile will come right back at you.
This is easier to do than you think. Begin today by writing down all of the positive things in your life that you might take for granted, such as your health, your job, the fact that you have a car, you can walk and talk. Just be Thankful.
And remember, if you "smile at the world," the world will "smile back at you."
