REGARDS SUR LA FORMATION INFIRMI�RE : O� SE SITUE LE QU�BEC?
Congr�s 2011 de l'OIIQ MONTR�AL, le 24 octobre 2011 - C'est sur un th�me qui touche l'avenir de la profession infirmi�re que s'ouvre aujourd'hui � Montr�al, le 91e congr�s annuel de l'Ordre des infirmi�res et infirmiers du Qu�bec (OIIQ). Le th�me Regards sur la formation infirmi�re : o� se situe le Qu�bec? aborde sans d�tours la notion de d�calage entre la formation des infirmi�res d'ici et celle du reste du Canada, des �tats-Unis et de certains pays de l'Europe. Le sujet int�resse et interpelle plusieurs acteurs du monde de la sant� et de l'�ducation puisqu'on constate un d�calage de quelque 3 000 heures de formation pour l'entr�e dans la profession avec les autres provinces canadiennes et un classement du Qu�bec au 16e rang sur 20 pays au sein de la francophonie. Dans ce contexte, la rel�ve infirmi�re qu�b�coise sera-t-elle suffisamment form�e pour faire face aux nombreux d�fis scientifiques, technologiques et d�mographiques des 40 prochaines ann�es?

This issue of Academic Exchange Quarterly invites submissions on innovative and efficient approaches for educating health care professionals from a variety of disciplines. Nurses, physicians, dentists, dental hygienists, social workers, dietitians, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, and other health care professionals are encouraged to submit manuscripts sharing their experiences instructing or precepting learners.
