Reviewers needed for CASN Accreditation Program
The CASN Accreditation Program is expanding and many reviews of undergraduate nursing educational units and programs are scheduled over the next 5 years. We will need experienced and trained reviewers to review the self-evaluation reports of schools and to visit their sites.

Le programme d'agr�ment de l'ACESI prend de l'expansion et de nombreuses �valuations d'unit�s et de programmes d'�tudes de premier cycle en sciences infirmi�res sont pr�vues au cours des cinq prochaines ann�es. Bon nombre d'autres �valuatrices exp�riment�es et qualifi�es seront n�cessaires pour examiner les rapports d'auto-�valuation des �coles et pour effectuer des visites aux diff�rents sites des �coles.

Request for Information from Red River College
Dear CASN member: I am in the process of gathering information for purposes of reviewing our college's grade appeal policy. I have three very straightforward questions that I would appreciate your answering. The three questions are: 1 - Approximately how many undergraduate nursing students do you have at your institution? 2 - On average, how many formal grade appeals would undergraduate nursing students file in relation to nursing courses in a year? 3 - Of those, how many would be for a failure in clinical nursing practice course? I am meeting with the committee on July 2nd, so a response by then would be very helpful. Please forward your response to kwall@rrc.mb.ca Thank you so much for taking the time to do this.
