Spike's Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
2 to 3 lbs of chicken breast with bone in
Lots of chopped celery and onions (I usually use a bag of celery and two onions)
2 garlic cloves, pressed
Lawry's seasoned salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
4 cups of chicken broth (I always use Imagine Organic brand)
1 lb of carrots, diced
In a large stockpot, simmer chicken, onions, celery, garlic, salt and pepper in the chicken broth for about 1 hour. Remove chicken and cut into small pieces. Set the chicken aside and add the carrots to the stock. Simmer about 30 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Add the chicken pieces and heat through.

Fearless Journal Giveaway....
I used to think that being fearless had something to do with not having any fear. Over the years of owning a business, I've met many people who have inspired me because they were afaid. Sound crazy? The thing is, now I know that being fearless doesn't mean being without fear. It means "feeling the fear and doing it anyway."
Do you have a "fearless" story? Click here to tell us and be signed up for our Fearless Journal giveaway. We'll be giving away 3 more of these journals before the end of February!
"The fearless are merely fearless. People who act in spite of their fear are truly brave." |
