It is with great sadness that we send this notice regarding the passing of Clinton Rogier, Adrian's father. Clinton was president of Highland Rotary Club (1955-1956), past district governor of Rotary District 6460 (1977-1978), Meritorious Service Award from Rotary International Foundation (1979), Distinguished Service Award from Rotary International Foundation (1982), Paul Harris Fellow and Major Donor (Level 5) Rotary Foundation recipient, 56+ years perfect Rotary attendance and a charter member.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 16 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland. Rotary members will be meeting in the upstairs room at the funeral home at 5 p.m. today for visitation.
