Rotary Definition

Rotary is an organization of business and professional persons united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and help build good will and peace in the world.

Our Mission

"Doing good in the World is more than a motto.  It is our goal, our mission, and our reminder.  It expresses in the clearest terms why we have a Foundation, and it challenges us to reach as far as we can to do the most good possible with everything we have.  Our Foundation exisits to support the good that we can do through Rotary.  It expands our reach, increases our strength, and makes our service more powerful and more effective.  Because of our Foundation we can, very simple, do more of our Rotary work."

2004-2005

There was $1205 in the 50/50 with 18 cards left in the deck and aFloyd drew the 10 of Hearts.

Phil gave a happy buck for Tom, Biddy, and Maurice helping to set up today.

Bryan was honorary fine master today and fined everyone who did not have a ticket to the superbowl.

Bill gave a happy buck because he is leaving for Florida tomorrow and gets to go after the primaries are over down there so he does not have to hear about it.

PROGRAM: Club Assembly

Rotary is a club of service above self and each rotarian is encouraged to get involved in a committee.  Today the club took time to divide into various committees and brainstorm how to improve the clubs efforts.

The committees that met today were fundraising (split in Golf, Car, Fish Race, Citrus Sales), membership, public relations, and new fundraising ideas.

If you were absent from this meeting, please be intentional to volunteer for one of the above committees and share your input!
