PROGRAM: Maximized Living by Dr. Matt Utchman
Infinite Wellness Chiropractic

Dr. Matt

Dr. Matt is a member of Goshen Rotary, Global Pastors Network Advisory Council that provides health initatives to pastors to take with them on missions, and is 1 out of 100 chiropractors that travels with the US Olympians.

His opening question to the group was "Are you attached to a pant size?"  Matt humerously played out a dressing room senerior where we find our pant size and struggle to get into it blaming the brand and everything eles - remaining in denial that we have added weight.  Matt shared that he was 65 lbs overweight and it started to affect his athletic performance so he needed a change.  He tried a little bit of everything and knew he should be caucious since his grandfather died of heartattack when he was 7.  He realized as he got older and continued to deal with his weight that more people were affected by his health then just himself and had people counting on him.  He then posed his next questions: "Are you getting closer to diesease or are you getting further away towards health?"  Each of us has the ability to live a healthy lifestyle and stop struggling with our weight.  Dr. Matt shared that he has helped many people acheive large results after teaching them.  The hormones insulin and leptin help us to properly break down and use fat and if their receptors are not working properly then we can't loose weight.  Through his Maximized Living Makeover he teaches people how to 1. Turn on their leptin receptors 2. Clean out the toxicity in their bodies 3. Lifestyle nutrition 4. Exercise (burst exercise giving 15 minutes a week) 5. Change their mindset.
