- Adrian was happy for his 41 years of marriage and that his daughter just got a job in Memphis at a private school after looking for 2 weeks!
- Carrie was happy that she got to take her youth group to Hospital Sisters Outreach and witness what they presented to Rotary.

- Comunity Project - August 14 & 15 Mark Frey will assist rotary in building a ramp and laying sidewalk for a grandmother taking care of her grandson in a wheelchair. Need 5-6 guys to assist. CRABBY youth group will also be on site helping with landscaping.

| Dick Beckman Memorial Well Fund | | |
Orginally there was a desiganted amount given to fund well projects internationally in the name of Dick Beckman. The club was inspired by his generousity and has extended this effort to include all memorials given to the local club to fund water projects (wells and hook ups). Each project costs between $1000 - $1500. As a tribute to Dick the Memorial fund will now bear his name. Club members shared that this is very fitting since he was a water man who loved to travel. |

PROGRAM: Car Raffle

Many members of the club attended the Car Raffle drawing today at Tri-Ford. Linda reported that there were 476 tickets sold and thanked everyone for their efforts and Tri-Ford for all their support. And the winners are:
- 3rd Place: Phil Hardas $500
- 2nd Place: Terry Peters $1000
- 1st Place: Beth Kocher sold by Eric Schmidt
Beth opted to take the money and could hardly believe that she had won! |
