PROGRAM:TERRY LAMMERS' INCOMING ADDRESS
Terry & Julie Lammers

Introduced his Club Assembly and thanked them for stepping up to serve on his board. Terry shared a little about himself; Past owner of Tri-County Petroleum now working for GROWMARK who bought his company.  He is involved in the local community as a volunteer Highland Pierron Firefighter and is President of the HPFD, member of the St. Joseph's Friends Board, and a Knight.  Terry is married to Julie and they have 3 children Sydney, Caitlin, and Trent.  He loves watching ballgames and hunting.  He stated that he truly believes that Rotary is a cut about the rest of the organizations and that we should be proud of what we do and do a better job letting others know who we are.  The theme for this year is "Buidling Communties and Bridging Continents."  He feels this is reinforcing what our club is already doing domestically and internationally.  His goal is to get Rotarians educated on who we are and to get everyone actively involved  by chosing a committee to serve on.  He also welcomes feedback on how to make our club even better and continue to grow.

Terry's Goals
  • 100% Participation by current Members
  • Increase membership by 10% adding 8 new members
  • Fund another well
  • Continue the Jamican Dental Project by helping to find funding for supplies and clean water
  • Update By-Laws
  • Particpation in Local Service Projects together
  • Invest into another long-term committment to a local organization
PICK A COMMITTEE: We Need Your Help!
Fellowship starts with participation. Participation builds fellowship. Strong fellowship = strong club. A strong club builds communities and bridges continents.
I would like everyone to pick a committee to serve on and let me know ASAP.
