*Mark Korte  - Golf Tourney - Nest meeting will be on Wednesday, 4/21, at 7 am, at 9th St. Cafe.
 
*Respect for Law Banquet Tuesday, 05/04/2010 at 6pm, at the Pistal Club. 
 
*Howard Robertson passed away yesterday.  Jennifer asked rotarians to share memories of Howard.  Jake Gutzler, Eunice Rogier and Bob Englemann all shared stories.
 
*Adrian Rogier announced that it was time for all sustaining members to pay $100 to him.  Make checks payable to Rotary Foundation.
COMMUNITY SERVICE - David Daiber
We have now have 4081 hours  - remember we have a goal of 10,000.  If you've been holding back on reporting your service hours, now's the time to get them in!

 Is looking for someone to help paint and buffer floors.  Contact Carie Adolph if you can help.

Bill Sullivan - business has picked up at Highland Machine and this summer they will be hiring 25 students (must be at least 18 years of age or older.)

National Library Week
 
Angela Kim gave the program on the Louis Latzer Library.  She gave the history of the Library.  She told us that the funding of the Library comes thru the city of Highland taxes, over due fines, faxing and photo copies, and grants and donations of money and materials.  She also shared plans for the future of the library along with needs.
