Paul Harris Fellows - Wayne Steiner

Today, Wayne Steiner gave us a brief overview of the Rotary Foundation and more information about becoming a Paul Harris Fellow. The two men named as Paul Harris Fellows today included Phil Mason and Ron Moss. Each recipient received a certificate, a lapel pin, and a medallion. Both men were chosen because they are a lot of the first employers for the teenagers of our community and because they donate, in many ways back to the community. They are both members of the Highland Optimist Club. Ron Moss is a big supporter of the Optimist Shootout, while Phil Mason is a big supporter of the Optimist Pizzas. Ron is the owner of Dairy Queen. He has 4 kids and 5 grandkids. Phil is the owner of Mazzio's Pizza and has 3 kids. Both men are very deserving of this honor and both men were proud to accept the award. | |
