PROGRAM

Mark Reaka - Relay for Life

06-23-09 Mark Reaka

Our program today was presented by Relay for Life Chair, Mark Reaka.  Mark showed us a video and encouraged us all to attend the Relay for Life event on July 10 and 11 at the Highland High School Stadium.  Relay for Life is a community gathering where everyone  can participate in the fight against cancer. Teams of people camp out at the stadium and take turns walking or running around the track or path. Each team has a representative on the track at all times during the event. - because cancer never sleeps.  The Relay is an overnight event and lasts til the sun comes up.  If you have never experienced  it...come out and help with the fight.
