Franklin County Auditor to speak at Awards
2010 Micro Entrepreneur Awards welcomes Clarence Mingo
 
The newly appointed Auditor of Franklin County, Clarence E. Mingo, II is scheduled to speak at the 2010 Micro Entrepreneur Awards on Thursday, April 22, 2010. 

Mingo was appointed in August 2009 to complete the term of former auditor Joseph W. Testa.
