BILLY GIFFORD CELEBRATES 10 YEARS

On April 16, 2012, Site Supervisor, Billy Gifford, celebrated his 10th Anniversary with HFH GLA! President & CEO, Erin Rank says it best, "Billy has inspired all of us along the way with his incredibly positive attitude and unwavering dedication to our work. He is our go-to guy who teaches new recruits how to inspire and lead volunteers. In 10 years he has seen us grow from 19 homes to more than 400 families served. Billy is a role model of one who puts his faith and convictions into action with his selfless dedication. So to him I say, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Thank you for 10 great years, GOD BLESS!"  | |

LA DODGERS, DEE GORDON CHIPS IN

Help HFH GLA hit a homerun in the popchips Game Changers competition! The chosen nonprofit wins a day with LA Dodgers shortstop Dee Gordon and a year supply of popchips, but we need your votes to join the race!
 and vote for our idea of having Dee join us to build alongside our partner homeowners & dedicated volunteers on a home rehabilitation site. Winning this competition could help HFH GLA is a number of ways as Dee Gordon's involvement can help raise awareness about the affordable housing crisis in LA County; how important homeownership is to families' health and happiness and how volunteering can change your perspective about the community we live in.
