Forney, TX

Please remember us in your prayers as we leave today for one of our biggest events of the year in Forney, Texas! It is a Celebration Weekend and they are expecting 1000 men to attend the Sat night Wild Game Expo Dinner. This would be the largest men's only crowd we have ever had for the Saturday portion of the weekend.
 
I will do four school assemblies on Friday, speak Saturday night at the men's event, and preach four times on Sunday. The church has three morning services!

I have felt led to ask God to do something completely out of the ordinary. Why, I don't know! I just sense we are on the cusp of something unheard of! The student part of the event Sunday Night is already unusual because we are outside in a park and working in conjunction with a fundraiser for a very sick teenage girl who has cancer.

I covet your prayers! Ask God to help me preach the cross with such passion, fire, anointing, and aggression that the people in attendance feel as though they are at the foot of the cross experiencing HIS sacrifice.
