Order Your Telephone Line Today
Exhibitors - Have you ordered your telephone line yet?
 

AT&T is the contracted telephone service provider.  They will activate your phone line, plus install the jack and wiring.

Be prepared to wait on hold - since AT&T discontinued their special event department all ordering of temporary lines now go through the regular new business service. 
 
 
For telephone service during the Horse Expo contact AT&T at 800-750-2355. The phone number in the exhibitor handbook has been changed to this number. There is no longer a form to fill out - you need to call and set up your phone service. Have your exhibitor name, contact name, billing address and booth location ready before you call.
 
There is no wireless service available at Cal Expo.  Bring your aircard!

Building/Booth Number:  Your Exhibit Space    
Connect date(s):  Your Move-in date
Billing information:  Your company name & address

The information in the EXHIBITOR HANDBOOK  regarding telephone service is not accurate as AT&T discontinued their special event department in April of this year.  Call AT&T at 800-750-2355 to set up your service.
 
Don't forget to call AT&T during the Expo to disconnect the service as of June 14th.  You can no longer set up a disconnect date when you order the service!
You will be receiving several reminder email blasts from now until Expo time to help you have a successful Horse Expo.
 
Ignore if they are not applicable to you (ie:  already taken care of or not a 2010 exhibitor).
