Dear 2009 Exhibitor,

 

The October 1st deadline is fast approaching to reserve your booth space at the 2010 Western States Horse Expo, scheduled for June 11-13, 2010.   

 

Your 2009 space will only be held until October 1st upon receipt of a completed Exhibitor Contract and deposit payment.  After that date, all space will be released and opened up to all exhibitors upon a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

Also, if you want to change your location or amount of space please send in your contract ASAP.  The postmark will determine who gets the booth space when two or more exhibitors request the same location.

 

 

Miki, Traci, Jessi and Jean are busy planning an expo no horseman will want to miss; keeping it fresh and current for our 12th year.  New sponsors (and old), changes to the foot print, more shopping time, requested clinicians, entertainment and so much more will make our Expo the "Must Attend Event" for 2010.  Details forthcoming in the coming months as they are finalized.
