 March 5, 2008 marked the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Joseph Merritt Company in Hartford, Connecticut. To honor the tradition of excellence in a variety of digital printing, scanning and marketing communications services, Ed Perry, President and CEO of the Joseph Merritt, presented a contribution to each of the six arts and cultural organizations featured on the 2008 calendars that were produced at no charge for the purpose of promoting the spirit of giving back to the community. These calendars tell the history of the Joseph Merritt Company along with the history of each of the participating organizations and highlight significant landmark events that have occurred in the area since 1908.
