Silver Fork "Wines-on-Tap"

Marsanne - This full bodied Southern Rhone White Wine is barrel fermented with notes of honey and pears.

 

Mourvedre  - A bright, blooming garden that's hosting a berry mixer, no wallflowers allowed. It's a round, bold and accessible all day wine.

 

Barbera - This reminds one of a cranberry crumble eaten on a spicy date. This big, bad Italian varietal thrives on passion (gesture with your hands at your discretion).

 

Petit Verdot - Reminiscent of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory's "whole-meal" candy, this varietal spares no attention to detail. Starts with a barley beef and black peppercorn stew and finishes with a rum soaked plum tart.

 

Hard Apple Cider - This crisp, dry hard cider is a blend of five different apples & has the palate of a lightly carbonated apple Champagne. Always fresh and lively!
