This month we have lots of updates to share including a review in this month's Sacramento Comstock's Magazine where we received pick of the month by chef-owner Rick Mahan of The Waterboy Restaurant in Sacramento. Rick chose to pair the 2005 Bumgarner Cabernet Sauvignon with Jackson Ranch leg of lamb. This inspired us to order our first lamb, thanks Rick!

 

In April, Brian poured for the Cava Wine Bar in Capitola and Crow Canyon Wines in San Ramon adding two new retail outlets in the Bay Area. For this month we have several tastings planned; beginning this weekend at Winestyles in Vacaville from 7-9PM, next week May 20th at the Back Wine Bar in Folsom, May 23rd a private barrel tasting at ParaVi Vineyards, and May 30th in Placerville for the Elk's Lodge Charity fundraiser. Details for each can be found below. I hope you're able to attend at least one of these tastings and as always we invite you to bring a friend to meet Brian and try Bumgarner wines.
