Our Mission
Triad Health Project provides emotional and practical support to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, to their loved ones, and to those at risk for HIV/AIDS; implements strategies to educate those at risk and the community about HIV/AIDS; and advocates locally, regionally, and nationally for individuals and groups infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
Our Vision
We will stand together for as long as it takes until HIV/AIDS is no more, working together to promote enlightenment, dignity, acceptance, understanding, and love, demonstrating that we are not only enduring this epidemic, but prevailing over it. |

After dinner, everyone is invited to the Greensboro Coliseum at 9:00PM for complimentary dessert, music and dancing! Fabulous desserts are provided by local restaurants, bakeries, and caterers, and entertainment will, once again, be provided by the wildly-popular Sleeping Booty Band.

Addison Ore, Executive Director of THP
and Dr. Tim Lane
At our March staff meeting, THP staff welcomed guest speaker and longtime friend, Dr. Timothy Lane, MD, an infectious disease and internal medicine physician with Moses Cone Health System who has been on the forefront of caring for HIV-infected patients ever since the first cases began emerging in our community in the early 1980's - before the terms HIV and AIDS even existed.
Read more from Dr. Lane's Visit
Recommended Reading
Dr. Lane recommends a book which has been very meaningful to him: My Own Country, by Abraham Verghese, the story of a young infectious disease doctor in Johnson City, Tennessee who treated HIV/AIDS cases from the very beginning in a small, rural community. Available at amazon.com and at bookstores everywhere.
