St. Michael and All Angels - Will Seminar to be held on
August 27, 2011 @ 10:30am
Hensler Hall
Hello All,
St. Michael and All Angels is bringing you an opportunity to help with your will and estate planning. We have arranged to have a lawyer come and help us understand what we need to do to get our own will and other important needs related to estate planning. If you already have a will, this is an excellent opportunity to review your will and make any necessary changes. Our guest speaker will speak for thirty to forty minutes, and afterwards can answer your questions related to wills and estate planning. And if you have any questions you would like to be answered in private, our speaker has offered to do this for us. This seminar is going to take place in lower Hensler Hall on Saturday August 27th at 10:30am. To prepare for the seminar we need to have a good idea of how many people will attend so, please contact me if you are planning to attend or have any questions.

September 21st Seniors Ministry Program
The "Diary of Ruth: - a musical
Dawn Marie, a voice coach at Agnes Scott College and the Dekalb School for the Arts, is taking on the role of Ruth, but presenting it with lots of music which you will most likely be familiar and which you will love. The "Diary of Ruth" is based entirely on the Old Testament story of Ruth, and reflects the result of theological and sociological research in the script written by Barry Davies, who like Ruth, has also an insider's knowledge of inter-racial marriage and migration. Dawn Marie is from Jamaica, and she is a former student of Barry's. Barry will accompany her on the piano. The program begins at 11:30 in Hensler Hall. The cost is $6.00.
Reservations: 770-491-0413 Faye Gardner. |
