St. Michael's Volunteers Needed to Staff Stone Mountain Co-op August 8th through August 17th, 2011

Each year the local churches sponsoring the Stone Mountain Co-op take their turn by providing volunteers to staff the Co-op on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for a period of four weeks.   SMAA volunteers are needed on Mondays & Wednesdays, August 8th - August 17th, 2011.  There is a sign up sheet in the Narthex, or please contact Bonny Collins (404-290-2435 or bj538@bellsouth.net) if you are able to assist by supporting this vital outreach ministry in our community.

A huge THANK YOU to the parishioners of SMAA for their generous response to the recent School Supply Collection for the Co-op sponsored by the Episcopal Churchwomen (ECW).   As always, please remember to purchase a few extra items for the

Co-op when grocery shopping and bring them to church with you on Sunday.  The need continues to be great and the staff is  challenged each week to keep the pantry shelves stocked.
