Thanks To All Who Attended the 13th Thunder Beach Spring Rally ~ The 11th Autumn Rally is Sept. 28 to Oct. 2
We know many Thunder Beach Rally friends are from Alabama, and we will remember with sadness the lives that were lost in the tornadoes that hit Alabama on the eve of the rally. There was also one motorcycle fatality during the rally. We believe the motorcycle awareness campaign that is ongoing in Panama City Beach, along with regional and national awareness programs help to keep this number from becoming higher, given the number of motorcycles that roll into town twice a year for the rally.
The weather was perfect and the community was all geared up for the arrival of Thunder Beach. Reports from our regular and new vendors confirm great rider participation at Thunder Beach. We aim to become the largest free motorcycle rally in the country, built on vendor and fan loyalty. And we would like to personally thank rally fans for their support.
To clear up all confusion: Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally that is produced in the spring and fall by Thunder Beach Productions is and always has been the ONLY motorcycle rally in Panama City Beach. Unfortunately, there is a company on the beach that runs a website called Panama City Beach Motorcycle Rally. They have no affiliation with the Thunder Beach Rally and are not an actual motorcycle rally. They are just a website that sells advertising to local businesses that think they are part of the Thunder Beach Productions event. They are NOT. They take advantage of confused advertisers and vendors.
The 13th Thunder Beach Spring Motorcycle Rally featured burnouts, thrill and stunt shows, national bike demos, the Miss Thunder Beach beauty pageant and MS Thunder Beach contest, along with live entertainment on stage at many of the 7 official venues across Panama City Beach that are operated by Thunder Beach Productions. There is never a rally admission ticket, gate fee or parking fee. The rally also includes a parade, scenic ride and 3 charity poker runs. The official Thunder Beach Rally benefits an array of 10 charity groups. So please look for the Official Thunder Beach logo and signs when you come to the rally. Help keep this rally free to attend and help us continue to grow the Official Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally at beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.
