Change is Necessary

Do you want your Web site to show up in Google and Yahoo? Higher than your competitors? For the new year, why not institute a simple change management process for your site. You'll be amazed at the results! This is not a complex process. Simply change a paragraph of text content on the home page of your Web site once a month. Put in a tip of the month section, or a product coupon, or anything that makes sense for your business. But have it be something you can change every month. A good Web site developer can do this for you in about 15 minutes a month. If it's a text change it should take 5 minutes a month.
Be sure to include the keywords in this paragraph for your Google search.
So take a little time early this year and think of ways you can make a simple monthly change to your Web site as a way to garner BIG results in Google and Yahoo.
How high do you want to go this year?

Utilize Your Website Differently

How much money is your Web site making you or saving you? Here's some simple things you can do with your Web site so it saves you or makes you money.

1. Add a newsletter sign-up to your site. But give them something when they sign-up. For example.."Sign-Up for our newsletter and get 10% off your next service." The people that sign up for your newsletter are now going to hear from you at least once a month.
2. Forms on your Web site. How many forms do your clients have to fill out when they come to your office. Why not hang those forms on your Website so they can print and fill them out before they come to your office. This saves everyone time.
3. Paperwork on your Web site. How much "General" information, in paper format, are you giving people when they visit with you. Why not have it all available online so you don't have to spend the money on printed materials. If it's just take away materials for them to read at their convenience put it online instead and give them your Web site address. Oh and ask them to sign up for your newsletter while they're out there.
4. Sign-up for appointments. Do you schedule appointments with your clients? Why not give them a simple/inexpensive way to request appointment times online. Talk with The Last Tangle hair salon about how many of their clients love this feature. Can you say repeat business?

There are tons of inexpensive ways that people are using their Websites to save them money on office processes and excellent customer service ways.
