Subject: Mandatory Safety Down Day
 
On Saturday August 28, 2010 PA Wing will be holding a mandatory Safety Down Day for all Pilots, OIC's  and Maintenance Officers.  Aircrew, Incident Commanders, Group Commanders are highly encouraged to attend. 

This meeting will be open to all other member's interested  in attending.  The meeting will be held at UNV airport State College starting at 10:00 and lasting until 15:00.   All other flight operations will be suspended  for the day.  Aircrews may use C.A.P. aircraft to travel to the meeting and for no other reason that day.  Members attending are encouraged to utilize corporate owned vehicles.

Pilots not attending  this Safety Day will be suspended  from flying until they make up this Safety Day.  The next available briefing will be held at the Wing Headquarters on September 25, 2010 at 10:00 then during the PA Wing conference October 16, 2010. 

There are no other scheduled make up days and there will be no local make-up meetings or online classes to fulfill this requirement.
