STAY INFORMED & CONNECTED
|
| Besides publishing this monthly e-newsletter and The Florida Writer, our quarterly magazine, the Florida Writers Association maintains three websites to keep you informed and connected. Each is unique in format and content and managed by a volunteer.
Do you know and use these great resources?
http://floridawriters.wordpress.com
Chris Hamilton, with the help of an occasional guest blogger, writes the FWA Conference Blog.
There you'll find a plethora of original articles about the craft and business of writing, detailed guides explaining how to use tools of the writers trade, writing prompts, and much more.
http://www.floridawriters.net/
Anne Linne' is webmaster for the main FWA website. This is your first resource for all things FWA.
On this site, you can learn how to participate in programs such as RPLA, FWA Collections, and the online bookstore; you can renew your membership and purchase books and logoware, and you can find the time and location for Writers Group meetings. There's even a contact form where you can submit questions about FWA when you can't find what you're looking for. All queries receive a personal response.
http://fwanetwork.ning.com
Mary Ann de Stefano manages the FWA Network. This is a private networking site where FWA members can meet, mingle, and share information online.
With personal pages, blogs, discussion groups, an events calendar and more, this is a lively interactive site where all content is user-generated.
The content on all three sites changes frequently. Visit 'em, bookmark 'em, and return again and again.
