WITH FOND APPRECIATION FOR SHARA SMOCK
shara smockAs Secretary and member of the Executive Committee for over five years, Shara Smock has been not only an integral part of FWA's growth, but she has documented it in great detail through our much appreciated and well-used membership list which she publishes weekly. Shara truly has been a rock for FWA leaders and members.

As Shara resigns from her position effective July 31, 2010 and pursues her writing career, she will continue to volunteer for FWA, and she's again helping Florida Writers Foundation with the Silent Auction at the conference. She is a valued leader, and we're grateful to have her continued involvement.

Elaine Senecal will become FWA's Secretary effective August 1, 2010. During the month of July, she will work with Shara, learning the duties and understanding our complex spreadsheet for tracking memberships. Thank you, Elaine!
