Many frequently asked questions about the annual conference can be answered with information found on the website, but one thing you might be wondering is: Are guest agents and publishers open to receiving submissions at the conference? Absolutely! That's why they're here! They want to meet with our attendees during scheduled interview times to hear your query and your pitch!
In fact, Anne Petty writes: "On the Kitsune Books website "Submissions" page, there is a statement that submissions have been suspended until next year. This is for the general public and does NOT apply to attendees of the FWA conference. I'm hoping to discover some hidden "gems" at the conference and will happily read any manuscripts pitched to me that fit our profile."
