Thankful for Contributing
 
Sometimes I feel like leading laughter yoga, sometimes not. I've learned to "just do it", regardless, because I'll inevitably feel better. My main payoff: To see faces so much brighter and lighter after a session of laughter yoga, knowing that not much else in the world could accomplish that - at least not so quickly. 

Being part of the Laughter Movement has blessed my life. The most rewarding aspect is the ability to contribute. I'm helping to build something that leads to personal and world peace, with some of the finest people I've known. 

Thoughts on being thankful this season: Find where you're strong. Ask other people if you're having trouble discovering your strengths. Remember perception is fickle (see above). Be creative and find a way to give from your place of strength. Find people who need you and will be excited to receive what you give. See what wonderful results come your way!
