About
the Retreat:

Start and end your day with optional private, silent
meditation on the grounds of beautiful Bridge
Between the Worlds in Keswick, VA.

The
morning sessions will explore reasons to laugh for no
reason. For starters, what is Laughter Yoga? Who in the
world does this? We'll also discuss the science of
laughter and emotion and why laughter is required by
our bodies to boost mood, confidence, immunity, and help
heal any chronic illness.

The afternoon sessions include practical, time-tested
methods for using simple laughter as an accessible path
to meditation and healing of the heart. We'll focus on
any specific areas of difficulty you'd like to address and
practice using "mood-free laughter"
to gently, gradually and
effectively bring healing to those places.

We'll also provide you with a kindalooney yoga laugh
pack to keep you laughing after the retreat. It includes, among other things, a flying monkey and our
Heart-Healing Laughter Workbook.

Laughter Health Fact:

Experts believe that, when used as an adjunct
to conventional care, laughter can reduce pain
and aid the healing process. For one thing, laughter
offers a powerful distraction from pain.
