PLOT SUMMARY:
Twelve Angry Men is the classic jury
room story about the fate of a young man accused of murdering his
father. As the story unfolds, the audience is introduced to how
each juror’s personal experiences and prejudices influence how they see
the guilt or innocence of the accused. Even the Guard has his own
thoughts about this young man. Although the play is set in 1953,
the audience may well recognize in these jurors men of today. A
study in human nature and a lesson in democracy, the show never fails
to make one think. Visit www.conejoplayers.org
