Girls in Action
Chasey, Piper and Natalie
Cadette Girl Scouts Chasey Danser, Piper Wagoner and Natalie Wainscott received awards from Councilman Steve Ross and the entire Las Vegas City Council for their Silver Award Project "Don't Forget Us". Their goal was to raise awareness in our community about violence through flyers and a web site called dontforgetusgs.webs.com. They also held a tree memorial dedication to victims of violence and their families on June 2, 2012.

Girls in Action
Destinations: Italy and Greece
More than 20 girls from across the country including three from right here in southern Nevada spent two weeks in Italy and Greece. This once in a lifetime experience is part of our Girl Scout Travel Program. Our travel opportunities help girls gain experience in planning, budgeting and earning travel funds, meeting new friends and making the world a better place through service.
