Legacy Badge: Girl Scout Way

Girl Scouts of the USA is turning 100 this month. Celebrate this special moment in time by earning your Girl Scout Way badge. As a Girl Scout Junior, you're on an adventure to find your own path through the world. Our sisterhood is full of traditions to help guide you. In this badge, share activities and spirit that's a century strong and growing stronger every day - because of Girl Scout stars like you!

The Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting can help you explore Junior Girl Scout Ways by following these 5 steps:

  1. Match songs to an occasion
  2. Celebrate the Girl Scout birthday
  3. Share sisterhood
  4. Leave a place better than you found it
  5. Enjoy Girl Scout traditions

When you have earned this badge, you'll know how to use the Girl Scout ways and traditions to make the world a better place. Get started on your Girl Scout Way badge today - refer to your Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting for complete instructions and activities.

Troop 138

Congratulations to Troop 138 in Henderson, Nevada! This group of Daisies, Brownies and Juniors won Girl Scouts of the USA's Girls Speak Out contest! They created a PSA on the theme: "What do you want the next 100 years to be like for girls?"

What was Troop 138's answer? Here's a hint: It's so bright, it makes them want to dance. Take a look.

Girl Scout Troop 138 also became stars this weekend as they starred in the professional version of their winning PSA for Girl Scouts of the USA. To see more photos from the shoot visit our Facebook page

NOW IT'S YOUR TURN!
