Mazel Tov!
Greetings!

Rosh Hashanah is tomorrow night and we wanted to send out one last alumni update this year.

The school year Boruch Hashem started off very strong. We have over 125 students in the High School and around 60 students in the Bais Medrash.

All Alumni are invited to daven in Yeshiva for Yom Tov. Please contact me if you would like a seat.

Hope you enjoy the pictures below.

Have a K'siva V'kasima Tova!

Construction in Yeshiva

The Construction in Yeshiva is moving along at an incredibly fast pace. Or a ridiculously slow pace. Depends who you ask.

The row of classrooms that was being redone was completed just in time for the second day of school. The Kitchen is technically done, but the city won't let us use it just yet. If we daven hard enough over Rosh Hashana, we should have it just in time for Yom Kippur. Last but not least, the new wing of class rooms and shiur rooms should be available for use shortly after Succos.

Mr. Stahl's Kitchen

As it gets closer and closer to the opening of the remodeled kitchen, Mr. Stahl's temporary kitchen space gets smaller and smaller in proportion. Mr. Stahl is now "cooking" out  of the "G.O." room. Calling it a room is generous. It's merely a large closet. Rumor has it that the day before the kitchen opens he will be working out of the walk-in freezer (which ironically may have more space then his current location).

Got Schach?

Alumni Shimmy and Eli Casper are once again selling Schach. See flyer below.

It's a New Generation

12th grader Aharon Dovid Levy (pictured below), is on pace to be the first Second-Generation graduating student of Toras Chaim. His father, Rabbi Dr. Ezra Levy graduated with the Class of 1989.

Aharon Dovid is not only the first second-gen graduate (pending graduation), but as of a few days ago he became to first second-gen G.O. President. His father held a one year term as the G.O. President in 1988-1989.
