Dr. Jacob is currently in Eretz Yisroel. But don't think that stops him from giving Shiur. Dr. Jacob uses Skype to call in to Toras Chaim to give Shiur every day. Students can see him and he can see the class as if he was in the classroom. All from 6,000 miles away!
